Why should I work with a REALTOR® instead of going it alone?

How do you get paid for your services?
In most cases, commissions are paid by the seller and shared between the listing and buyer’s agents. As a buyer, you typically won’t pay my commission directly. Sellers can expect commission fees to be outlined clearly in the listing agreement before we begin. All compensation, regardless of which side of a transaction you are on are negotiable.

I work with both residential and vacant lots. This includes everything from first-time homebuyers and luxury estates to investment properties and building opportunites. With my design-build background, I can also help you see the potential in properties that others might overlook.

Yes! With over 35 years of design-build construction experience, I bring a unique advantage. I can help you evaluate a property not just for its current condition, but also for its potential—whether that means a remodel, addition, or full-scale renovation.
